Aiming to support…. • VCS representatives feel confident about their role and ability to influence the board, with clear connections to the wider VCS • Healthwatch representatives have clear connections to the wider VCS, especially in areas where there is no VCS representative • The wider VCS understands how to reach the health and wellbeing board to influence strategy in their local area, including through the JSNA • VCS feels engaged with the work of the health and wellbeing board • The JSNA more accurately reflects the needs and assets within the community… impacting on strategy and commissioning (and eventually outcomes for communities)
