  6. 10 Observations of a Team that Communicates Successfully • Every member has the information to lead if need be. • Submission is evident in everything we do. • We complete a task as a group. • Initiative is not demanded, but freely in existence. • Team needs come before individual needs. • See each other as family not individual members. • Fellowship/ worship together with the same zeal as the work itself. • Encouragement flows from through each other. • The is no impartiality as we minister together • Receives and respects a rebuke and learns from it.
