  3. ACTION 1 – Competence Centre Gävle Create an arena and a systematic process where Labour market and public sector stakeholders develop together a clear picture of future competence needs at local and regional level Current mode In process

  8. ACTION 5 – PRAO – work experience scheme Develop the existing programs of practical working life experience, grades 4 to 9 Current mode In process. .

ACTION 6 – Model for study visits in local businesses and workplaces for students, teachers and school principals Develop a model from kindergarten to adult education to raise awareness of the workplace environment Current mode In process. Work has begun. From autumn 2013, a pilot initiative. Teachers from Years 7-9 makes a day's work experience program during the same week as the school's students have work experience program

  10. ACTION 7 – Student Ambassadors from the University in secondary schools Develop an engagement programme whereby university students inform secondary students about university studies Current mode Not done.

  11. ACTION 12 – Feasibility study on a “Future Fair” Examine the interest and feasibility of organising a Future Fair, where occupations and labour market are linked and exposed to educations. Ideas from Swedish SACO fair and ESIMeC partner Cherbourg. Start with showcase of municipal occupations (400 different ones) in 2013 Current mode Not done.
