Thermally stressed • Good optics • Bad thermal dissipation • Optimal design • Good optics • Good thermal dissipation • Optically misaligned • Misaligned optics • Good thermal dissipation
Maximum concentration of 184Xo. • Small deviation in I-V characteristics is observed. • Power difference of 3% over 228 sun hours test period.
At 68 sun hours a decrease in shunt slope is seen. • Progressive decrease in shunt slope is seen throughout operation. • At 228 sun hours the biggest deviation in shunt slope and in Rs slope is observed. • Kink present in curvepossible due to breakdown of Ge subcell. • Power difference of 12%.
In operation for 228 Sun Hours. • An increase in Rs slope was observed. • A continual increase in Rs slope is observed while under operation. • The largest increase in Rs observed at 228 Sun Hours. • Kink present in I-V curve is possibly due to the breakdown of Ge subcell. • Power difference of 21%.
