  11. Behavior Chart • All children will begin the day on “Ready to Learn”/GREEN. • There are 3 positive levels above Ready to Learn: Good Choicces, Great Choices and Outstanding. • Children will move above Ready to Learn by going above and beyond. For example, making good choices, being a good friend, helping others, working hard, trying their best, setting a good example, etc… • If a child moves to Outstanding, the teacher will wear their clip as a representation of their achievement. If the child remains on Outstanding for the rest of the day, they will BLING. When a child BLINGS, they will earn a gem to glue on their clip. • Once a child has 5 gems, they are honored by being able to “retire” their clip and move it into the “Hall of Fame”. • When a child moves their clip into the “Hall of Fame”, they are given a new clip and will begin to strive to go above and beyond and the process continues.

  12. Bling Behavior / Barter Bucks • If they finish the day on “Good Choices”, they will earn 1 Barter Buck. • If they finish the day on “Great Choices”, they will earn 2 Barter Bucks. • If they finish the day on “Outstanding” AKA “BLING”, they earn 3 Barter Bucks.
