  2. Semen Analysis (SA) • Sperm Freezing • Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) • In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) • Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) • Embryo Freezing • Frozen-Thaw Embryo Transfer (ET) • Testicular Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (TESA) Fertility services @hp

  3. Sperm ok • Unexplained infertility • Injections or oral medication • monitored by ultrasound • No need sedation • wash sperm at the lab • Put into mama • After 14 days, check βhcg iui

  4. Sperm ok • Unexplained infertility • Mama tube blocked • Injections, monitored by ultrasound and blood test • OPU (ovum pick up) • Put sperm into dish with egg • Culture: d1, d2, d3 • ET (embryo transfer) • After 14 days, check βhcg • Extras= freeze (for next time use) IVF

  5. Sperm not good, bad • Injections, monitored by ultrasound and blood test • OPU (ovum pick up) • Inject one sperm into one egg • Culture: d1, d2, d3 • ET (embryo transfer) • After 14 days, check βhcg • Extras= freeze (for next time use) icsi

  6. Used frozen embryos from last cycle Maybe just 1-2 injections No need sedation No need sperm, no need egg Thaw embryos put into mama After 14 days, check βhcg FET

  7. No sperm Sperm extracted by needle from the epididymis of the testis Need sedation Together with ICSI TESA
