  2. PRODUCTO DE LA SUMA POR LA DIFERENCIA DE DOS CANTIDADES • La suma de dos términos multiplicada por su diferencia es igual al cuadrado del primer término menos el cuadrado del segundo término. Si en algo he servido a la humanidad, se debe a la paciencia de mi pensamiento. “Isaac Newtow”

EJEMPLO Producto de la suma por la diferencia de dos cantidades: (4x+9y)(4x-9y) = (4x)2- (9y)2 • El cuadrado del 1er término es: (4x)(4x) = 16x2 b) El cuadrado del 2do término es: (9y)(9y) = 81y2 Entonces: ( 4x + 9y )( 4x - 9y )= 16x2 -81y2 Si en algo he servido a la humanidad, se debe a la paciencia de mi pensamiento. “Isaac Newtow”
