  2. INTRODUCTION • New technologies are a fundamental part of our corporate image. • Our management model is based on an integrated system: e-UJIER (Univ. ERP). An internally developed and maintained software. • Electronic procedures are an advantage for students and staff. • Procedure automation permits reducing costs and avoids errors derived from changes of context.

  3. Road book towards e-Administration Approval of UJI telematic normative. Identification and characterization of administrative procedures. Development of specific tools. Digital signature and its applications.

TELEMATIC NORMATIVE • Approved in 2001. • Regulates use of ICT in administrative procedures. • Creates ICT Advisory Council. • Establishes mechanisms of approval and publicity of software applications to be used. • Creates the Telematic Register. • Establishes a set of safety measures oriented to guarantee the proper completion of electronic procedures.

  5. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES • Basic tools: • FAQ – procedure definition an characterization. • SPI – internal procedures system. • Portal of on-line administrative information.
