  3. He formed Rockford Energy Partners in a partnership with Quantum Energy Partners.

  4. The company focuses primarily on acquiring long-life gas reserves in the mid-Continent, and in Oklahoma and the Texas panhandle.

  5. Charles Perrin is the former non-executive chairman of the Warnaco Group, Inc., a designer and distributor of clothing.

  6. He is also a former director at the Campbell Soup Company.
