  9. Phobia Defined • An IRRATIONAL fear of something • TREATMENT - When it comes to conquering phobias, facing your fears is the key. While avoidance may make you feel better in the short-term, it prevents you from learning that your phobia may not be as frightening or overwhelming as you think.

So why? • CDE’s provide an opportunity to TRAVEL and meet other FFA members, industry professionals from around the state and country. • Learn about very important life and career skills • IT’S FUN!!! • You can earn $$$ • ANY FFA member can join! You just need to be dedicated to the event like any other hobby in which you participate. • Practices are often 1-2 per week either during lunch or after school.
