Used the MAC Planning Session to: • reach agreement on time and location for an ad-hoc MAC committee meeting • review the draft TG3 MAC project plan • identify MAC committee tasks for the time leading up to Hilton Head (HH) • assign MAC committee members tasks for the time leading up to HH Allen Heberling, Eastman Kodak Company

Planned Activities leading into Hilton Head • Ad Hoc TG3 MAC committee meeting • Host: Pat Kinney of Intermec • When: February 8-9, 2001 • Where: Denver area • Purpose: To begin • entering comments and open issues into Issues DataBase • resolving Monterey identified MAC issues • incorporate resolved issues into appropriate MAC clauses • integrating draft MAC clauses into a baseline document for review in Hilton Head.
