  17. Lawrence Family Promise provides homeless families with safe shelter, food, counseling, and training. The program is designed to address the needs of families and equip them to move into permanent housing as quickly as possible. • EWB work day! • Help improve the day house! • Saturday • February 8, 2014 • 9:30-12:00 Lawrence Family Promise Volunteering

  18. Irrigation project for the CCO’s composting garden (located behind Smith Hall) • 2-3 volunteers to help with this project. • Design meeting next week (due by Feb. 15th) • Implementation in early March • If interested, please let me know after the meeting! Irrigation Design Project

  26. Extraordinary EWBers Dina Lyne is trying to encapsulate decellularized bone matrix (DBM) inside microspheres because studies show that DBM is really effective in the repairing process. Mala Alahmadi received an international tutoring training certificate. Hayley Disney is an officer with Sigma Kappa after pledging for one semester!!
