  2. Project goal The study will evaluate and lay the foundation for a consistent and harmonized dioxin emission estimate for air, land and water emission in EU Candidate Member Countries (CCs) Testje

Tasks • Compile all available information and build a complete dioxin emission inventory for the 13 CCs on the basis of this • Identify weak spots in terms of unknown sources and/or insufficient estimation methods (emission factors) • Organize and perform source measurements at selected sources in the 13 CCs • Transfer of knowledge to CC experts and institutions • Report Testje
