  3. Task For each method of training you must cover the following: • Explain and describe each training method. Identify advantages of your type of training • Identify which sports and activities would be best suited for your method of training • Identify which elements of HRF and/or SRF would best be suited for your type of training • Explain in relation to the principles of training how each method is designed • Design a 60 min session using your method of training
