SUBSTANCE USE/ABUSE ISSUES This section will reflect substance use history, recommended level of care, and treatment history. The NEEDS Assessment identifies first and second drugs of choice, as well as suggested DSM-IV Diagnosis and ASAM Level of Care recommendations.
