  3. Name and family • Write your name • Tell who are in your family.

  4. Where were you in 5th grade? • What school did you attend or were you home schooled? • Name two friends from elementary school.

  5. What do you enjoy doing outside of school? • How do you spend your free time? • Describe your ideal day if there is no school.

  6. What is your favorite subject in school? • Tell what subject you enjoy learning about. • Describe something you know about the subject.

  7. What has been your favorite vacation? • Where was it? • Why did you like being there? • Who was with you?

  8. What pets do you have or want to have? • Describe the pets you have. • Tell what pet you would like to have.

  9. What are your two favorite and two least favorite foods? • What two foods do you really like? • What two foods do you dislike?
