How to run GSEA. Import the GCT, CLS and Chip file, (which you have to create with the NuGOExpression File creator) into GSEA. Click on GSEA Import CLS, GCT and Chip file Choose parameters Click run to perform the analysis. GSEA Result. The GSEA result will appear after a few minutes.
