  3. Czech Membership – Part I • Expulsion of previous member Constitutional Provisions: “Unanimous vote” (4.10.2) Lesser sanctions in By-law 16.4 Legal Committee

Czech Membership – Part II • Admission of AZB Issues with Constitution of AZB – membership Regulated by domestic legislation BUT – If amendment to activities of members (Art IV), will achieve position consistent with CIOR membership • Still requires unanimous vote for admission (Art 4.5) Legal Committee

Guest → Associate • Art 4.1.2 • “If the Reserve Association is from a country that has entered into a Partnership for Peace agreement with NATO (or a similar or derivative agreement or arrangement) and which manifests interest in participating in CIOR’s activities, the Reserve Association may apply to become an Associate of CIOR” Legal Committee

  8. Constitutional Change • Procedure reminder: Art 17.1 – Amended by Council with ¾ majority vote. Art 17.2 – Proposals with SG ≥ 3 months prior to Council meeting - Proposals with Members ≥ 2 months prior to Council meeting Legal Committee
