  2. The Beginning of Coca-Cola • Started by John Pemberton in 1886 • Started making new flavors

  3. Coca-Cola Headquarters This is the Coca Cola headquarters which is located in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia.

  4. Products It’s main product Coca Cola, is not the only product the company owns. Other products like Coca Cola Zero, Burn, Bright and Early Orange Juice, Fanta, Sprite, etc.

  5. First Production Site This is a picture of John Pemberton creating the first syrup that eventually became the Coca Cola soft drink when later added with carbonated water at Jacob’s pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia.

  6. Historical Development This is a picture of Coca Cola first being sold at Jacob’s Pharmacy for 5 cents a glass

  7. The Trademark Frank Robinson was John Pemberton’s accountant and it was his idea to call the drink Coca Cola. He was also the one who came up with the well known logo, and made it with his own handwriting.

  8. Asa Candler In 1888 John Pemberton decided to sell his secret formula to a business man called Asa Candler. Who later formed a corperation.

  9. Bottling Coke In 1916 they introduced the Coca Cola contour bottle.

  10. Selling of the Company In 1919 Mr. Candler sold the company to a group of investors and a man called Robert Woodrift.

  11. Coca-Cola in Different Countries • Started appearing in countries around the world.

  12. Advertisements There were a lot of ways that Coca Cola was and still is advertised, like on television, magazines, newspapers and on the radio. The technology used to create these advertisements were a very important part of the company, because they promote Coca Cola to different people, and people around the world.

  15. Why is Coca-Cola so Successful? Coca Cola is a successful because it is tasty, it makes you more energetic, and it is a global brand. It is sold in fast food restaurants, grocery stores and corner stores. Basically you can find Coke anywhere.
