HOT ISSUE TRADE CHALLENGING AND FOOD SECURITY:Gypsi Moth:These procedures use two approaches: (1) If a pest is found, CBP has the authority to order a ship to leave U.S. waters to resolve the situation; and (2) PPQ recommends that the following ships obtain certifications that they are free from AGM prior to departure during PPQ designated high-risk periodsAGM certifications are available in Northern China, South Korea, Japan, and Russia)

  14. TANTANGAN TERHADAP FASILITASI PERDAGANGAN DAN PERJANJIAN SPS:Tak muda melindungi flora dan fauna tanpa transparansi hasil-hasil kajian dan penelitian terkini. Para ilmuan perlindungan tumbuhan (ENTOMOLOGIST) dapat mengubah kebijakan fasilitasi perdagangan dan Perjanjian SPS bila memiliki latar belakang pengetahuan perlindungan tumbuhan yang sempurna. Waspada dengan era keterbukaan informasi (Publikasi) tanpa data yang lengkap tentang Entomologi dapat menjebak hambatan export Indonesia dan memperlemah sistem perlindungan tumbuhan (border protection)Waspada dalam membangun kerjasama Internasional dalam perlindungan tumbuhan dapat menjebak kehilangan pasar internasional dalam export produk pertanian Keterbatasan Biaya eradikasi OPT/OPTK dan temuan IAS
