Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects LAC Infrastructure Improvements – Phase 3 Measure E 2008 • Planning underway with P2S Engineering • Completes chilled water lines to North side of campus • Includes other major utility upgrades; RW,DW, Data, etc. • Existing building HVAC systems to be upgraded in synch with infrastructure improvements • Coordinated with modernization and quick start projects

Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects PCC Industrial Technology Center Phase 1 Measure E 2002 • Modern facility houses Machine Tool and Welding Departments • Construction is 42% complete • Replaces existing antiquated structures • New Northern face of the campus • Completion anticipated summer 2009

Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects PCC MDAB (Multi-Disciplinary Academic Building) Measure E 2002 • 50% construction documents submitted • Swing space planning completed 9/2008, construction Spring 2009 • Anticipated start of MDAB construction Summer 2009 • To be completed in two phases

Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects PCC Building C Retrofit - Measure E 2008 • To be designed by Hill Partnership Architects • Houses the Fitness Center, Gymnasium, Weight Room, and Faculty and Staff Offices • Swing space to be located in PCC building V • Anticipated start of construction Summer 2009 • To be completed concurrently with MDAB project
