  2. Tujuan: Setelah mempelajari bab ini siswa dapat menganalisis sistem pemerintahan di indonesia dan berbagai negara.

  3. Sistem : Suatu keseluruhan yang terdiri dari beberapa bagian dan bagian-bagian itu mempunyai hubungan fungsional dan menimbulkan suatu ketergantungan. Jika salah satu bagian tidak berfungsi maka akan mempengaruhi kepada bagian yang lainnya.

  4. Pemerintahan: • Sempit : hanya eksekutif • Luas : eksekutif, legislatif, yudikatif

  5. Untuk lebih jelas dalam sistem pemerintahan ini akan dibahas: • Bentuk Negara • Bentuk Kenegaraan/Konfederasi • Bentuk Pemerintahan

  6. Bentuk Pemerintahan: 1. Aristotelles : jumlah orang memerintah dan sifat pemerintahannya yaitu: monarki – tirani – aristokrasi – oligarki – republik/politeia - demokrasi

  7. Bentuk Pemerintahan: 2. Polybios : jumlah orang yang memerintah dan sifat pemerintahannya
