  4. Money for Nothing? • Not so much • Documentation required • Must have a program of some kind • Must be NIMS compliant

  5. How Do I Get Some of That? • Have an EMA program • Contact your County EMA Director

  6. What’s the Process • Short description of what you annually do in your program, and/or what additionally you want to do • Budget spreadsheet showing source of match • Submit through County EMA for approval

  7. What Do I Have to Do For It? • Do what you said you would do • Submit brief reports to County EMA • Submit invoices for reimbursement

  8. What’s the Catch? • REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM! • Reimbursement goes to your town • Town must advance the funds
