  14. Reviewing Property Details Upper right corner shows the Grantors name and the position of the mortgage being foreclosed on. Note ID#, Address, Status, SOLD Date (if any) and legal Description. Review Building Details

  15. Reviewing Property Details Review the General Details Review our Ratings after driving the property and see if it is Vacant

  16. ALWAYS Review Delinquent Taxes. They will need to be paid if the property if purchased. Review the Parcel Details - Tax ID#, Lot Sq Ft, Tax Assessed Value, etc. - Let’s Review OUR Comparables! CLICK on Comparables for Viewing Reviewing Property Details
