Additional Information • Solar Covered Parking Project: • Project dates: • Awarded in May 2010 • “Notice to Proceed” given July 2010 • Expected completion is March 2011 • Total cost: VA & MDG • Total cost is $19,040,424. MDG parking lot portion of that is $4,987,769. • Energy supplied back to VA • Projected is expected to generate over 4.9 million kilowatt hours, which is over 20% of VA’s annual electricity usage
