  4. Onda “p” Normal • Cada onda p precede al QRS. • Alto < 2.5 mm en derivacion II • Ancho < 0.11 seg en derivacion II • Con segmento PR regular • Por lo tanto en ritmo sinusal

  5. Alteraciones de la Onda “P” HIPERTROFIA ATRIAL DERECHA

  6. Hipertrofia atrio izquierdo

  7. HIPERCALEMIA

  8. Si potasio serico > 9.6 ml/L • Onda p pequeña o ausente • Fibrilacion auricular • Segmento ST acortado o ausente • QRS ancho • Fibrilacion Ventricular

  9. Intervalo PR Normal • Intervalo de 0.12 a 0.20 seg • PR corto en el sindrome de Wolf-Parkinson-White a) Onda delta b) QRS ancho c) Cambios secundarios de la onda T y del segmento ST
