An angle tells Muhammad that he is a profit, and soon enough he starts to gather followers. Under threat from the Umayyad clan Muhammad flees to Medina. This is the journey that Muslims will take each year called hijra. After attacks and battles, Muhammad got Arabs to convert to Islam. This was the beginning of a great world religion created in the post-classical period Muhammad’s Story
The previous story relates to many other cultures around the world in the classical and post-classical eras. • Major world religions like Islam, Christianity, and Hinduism consolidated many smaller groups • Ex.
