  2. What is Good Hygiene? • Wash your hands with soap before eating • Brush your teeth after eating • Take a bath and keep hair clean • Trim your nails Don’t forget to wash behind your ears!

  3. What is Physical Activity? • Adults need only 30 minutes a day but growing kids need more. • Exercise for at least 60 minutes a day • Playing counts

  4. What are Balanced Meals? • Eat fruits and veggies (5-9 servings) • Include milk or dairy products (2-3 servings) • Meat, not a lot (2-3 servings) • Breads & grains (6-11 servings)

  5. Bad News! These things are bad for you • Too much junk food • Smoking • Alcohol • Drugs • Being a couch potato
