  17. CURRENT CCPR FOCUS • Completion of first rounds of all key comparisons • Completion of all service categories for the recognition of calibration and measurement capabilities under the MRA • Refocusing on technical work in important new areas in radiometry, like fibre optic metrology

  18. CURRENT CCPR CHALLENGES • Shifting of BIPM resources out of traditional physical metrology and into chemical metrology • Resulting closure of BIPM photometry and radiometry laboratories • Taking up of additional workload by national metrology laboratories
