  2. Appropriate Attire Objective • MNP seeks to present a professional and business-like image to our clients, while maintaining a comfortable work environment for our employees. Standard • MNP expects team members to dress for the occasion - attire is to be appropriate whether on firm or client’s premises. • Reference: 3.1.7: Appropriate Dress Section: Human Capital Sub Section: 3.0 Employee Relations MNP Policies and Guidelines

Appropriate Attire The following guidelines apply to all Team Members: • It is suggested that Team Members consider professional dress vs. business casual dress when meeting clients • It is recognized that there may be times when business casual attire would be appropriate (i.e. attending an inventory count). If in doubt, ask the Partner/Manager in charge of that particular client. • Adherence to these standards is an expectation. *Hint: when in doubt – dressy is better!

  4. Male Team Members Standard Business Attire • Dress pants or cotton pressed pants. • Long or short sleeved collared shirts (tie is optional) • Blazer or a sport coat is optional • Loafers or other leather or suede shoes that bridge the gap between casual and dress shoes Business Casual Attire

  5. Female Team Members • Dress pants, pressed cotton pants, skirts or dresses are acceptable • Dress pant capris are acceptable • Sweater sets, knit sweaters, blouses and dressier short sleeved shirts. Blazers are optional • Shoes should be dressy. Open toe is permitted Please note: • Necklines should be modest Standard Business Attire & Business Casual Attire

Denim Fridays • “Denim Fridays” are every Friday from July 6 – Aug 31 and the last Friday of each month from September to June • Denim Fridays are for the purposes of fundraising or supporting local events What Not to Wear! • Please refrain from the following: • Torn, ripped denim or shorts • Spandex (any “workout” gear or leggings) • Tee shirts, shirts with large logos • Mini Skirts or Mini Dresses • Flip flops or running shoes • Strapless tops/dresses

  7. Any questions or concerns regarding Appropriate Attire Guidelines should be directed to your performance manager or to a Human Capital team member.
