  2. Liquid Radiation Waste Containers • Examples : one and five gallon containers. • Please fill out label before pick-up (waste will not be picked up if label is missing information). • No solid waste, no scintillation vials. • Separate by isotope half life. • Separate aqueous and organic.

  3. Solid Radiation Waste • Only solid waste. No liquids including scintillation vials of any kind. • Separate by isotope and by half life. • No sharps. • Please fill out label before pick-up. • Do not overfill.

  4. Scintillation Vials: Trash Cans and Zip Lock bags • Separate by isotope and half life. • Only scintillation vials. No solid waste • Please close vial lid tight. • Fill out label before pick up. • Glass and plastic scintillation vials can go into the same container.
