  10. DATA CONFIGURATION Actor: User 1 with rights to configure data in the system Description of process: • Create group definition • Create characteristic (assigning to a created group) • Create prototype

  13. Create group definition Task: Create group definitions titled: “Location“ , “Surface”, “Values” • Go to the Configuration menu/Groups • Press the red button “Create new group definition” • Write Group Name • Click Save button to create

  14. Create Characteristics Task: Create the following characteristics:

  15. Go to the Configuration menu/Characteristics • Press the red button “Create new estate characteristic” • Select data type • Fill in the template • Choose the group • Click Save button to create

  16. Review and Edit a characteristic

Create prototype Task: Create prototype titled “Entity“ described by the following characteristics: Address, City, Surface ,Market value, Market value date • Go to the Configuration menu/Prototypes • Press the red button “Create new estate prototype” • Fill in prototype name: Entity • Assign characteristics to the prototype by selecting the characteristics • Click Save button to create
