  3. LIFELONG LEARNING ACTIONS • Catalogue courses (a wide offer of courses by training centres: enterprises send their employees) • Enterprise training (enterprise training for its own employees) • Individual training (individual access, to improve one’s own skills)

  4. VT activities in cultural sectors • In the past, actions have been episodic and “on demand” • We need a more organized and guided planning of VT activities in cultural sectors

  5. Implemented activities • 2001/2003: about 50 courses in cultural areas • 500 participants involved (roughly half of them were unemployed)

  6. Main areas of activity • Theatre (point of excellence: Actors’ school) • Museums (managing competences) • Communication (media, publishing, etc.) • Tourism (cultural tourism)
