I believe we will be able to execute the plan that is anchored in the mission of Sharon Baptist Church, but sufficiently visionary to require our dependence on God to see it fulfilled. Much work remains to be done.Church Accomplishments Highlights for 2011 • Itireleng was recognized as a fellowship and the work started very serious during the week. • Salvation of many people during the burial of Mrs. Bethane. • Marriages of MaserameSaku and Lebo Masilo. • Baptismal service during the week. • The purchase of a vehicle Avanza • The tiling of the entire church. • The dooring of the church • The fencing of the church. • Bonita-park structure was erected. • Mothanthanyaneng structure under construction. Achievements for 2011 • Building of toilets project a success. • The new centre in Warrenton. • Closed the year almost debts free from the centre. • Books audited both church and centre. • Salaries fully paid out. • Had volunteers • Trained Capricorn students.   18. ACHIEVEMENTS 2011 • SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF THE CHURCH OBSERVED BY THEIR FAITHFULNESS IN GIVING. • NUMERICAL GROWTH MANY YOUNG PEOPLE. • FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH, THE CHURCH CLOSED THE YEAR DEBT-FREE. • THE CHURCH WAS ABLE TO RUN WITHOUT A PASTOR. PASTOR VUSIMUSI JOHN SIGUDLA SHARON BAPTIST CHURCH

  21. Continuous Reform Ministry is a marathon. It’s not how you start that matters, but how you end. Vision is the ability to see opportunities within your current circumstances. To design the right strategy you must ask the right questions.   22. Most healthy, large churches are led by a pastor who has been there a long time. A church’s health is measured by its sending capacity, not its seating capacity. God always uses imperfect people in imperfect situations to accomplish His will. Where ever God guides, He provides.   23. The church should be seeker sensitive, but it must not be seeker driven. Plans, programs, and, personalities don’t last. Commitment for Excellence Having received Christ as my Lord and Savior and been baptized, and being in agreement with the Baptist Convention, strategy, and structure, I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to unite with the church family. By the aid of the Holy Spirit, blessings will flow to our senior citizens, our young adult members, our single members, our families, our youth members, and to our community at large.
