The Plan #NAHSCP • Project Team • Manager Engagement Sessions • Hosts identified to lead on preparation and delivery • Financial commitment – backfill and design • Identifying and contacting key partners – NA community links • All staff take part in the half day session (split between interactive experience & conversation) • From 17th July to December 2019 (over 140 sessions in diary) • Around 20/25 staff members at each session; mixed teams. • The Experience open to the public via community groups • Invites also to other agencies/departments etc North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership
