ZOHO MAIL • Zoho mails is an amazing email platforms, with a lots of features like ad-free, clean, minimalist interface and powerful features that are use for business and personal purpose. • Zoho mail is a Business Solution Service and provide solid email service with ample storage, POP and IMAP access, some integration with online office suite and instant messaging. • Zoho mail offers free mail services but most of the services in zoho mail are paid. • Zoho mail pricing starting with $3.50/month and pricing model is premium & subscription.

  2. WHAT IS THE COST OF ZOHO MAIL • Zoho mail provide free plan up to 25 user + 25 referral bonus user 5GB*/User, 20MB Attachment limit single domain hosting. Three Plan in Zoho Mail • Standard - $2/user/month - 30GB* - Multiple Domain Hosting - Domain Aliases. - Additional Storage upgrade. - 30MB Attachment limit.

  3. Pro - $5/user/month - 100GB* - 50MB Attachment limit. • Enterprise - $8/user/month - 1TB* - A lot more storage/user. - 50MB Attachment limit.

  4. ZOHO MAIL ADD ON • Zoho mail add on used to setup your email account or use POP3 or IMAP to configure your email account. • Zoho mail add on allow you to send / receive emails from webmail or any email client and everything will be in sync with your Zoho CRM account.

HOW CAN I CONFIGURE ZOHO MAIL ADD ON? • Click Setup > Personal setting > email setting. • Click POP3 (Zoho mail). • In the zoho mail add on setting page, under Zoho Mailbox, from the drop down list displaying all the configured POP accounts, choose the mailbox you want to configure with Zoho Recruit. • Under send mail as, Select the email address you want to displayed on sent mail. • Under Email sharing permission, select the required permission level for your account. - Private.

  6. - Admin - Public - Custom • Under Advanced Setting, - Select Consolidate all my customers emails in a single place inside zoho mail check box. - Select folder or label to specify location in which you want to consolidated. • Click save.
