GLOBALIZATION AND AMERICAN JOBS • ONE OUT OF EVERY 10 JOBS IN THE AMERICAN TECHNOLOGY OR SERVICE INDUSTRIES HAD MOVED OVERSEAS BY THE END OF 2004.
