Smoking is only permitted in the smokers' room, and only during the tea breaks and lunch breaks. • Staff are expected to wear suitable clothes i.e. not jeans. • Staff are not to use the telephone to make personal calls. • All staff work one Saturday morning each month, to be arranged with the office supervisor. • No personal possessions (e.g. Plants, photographs, etc.) should be placed on the desk in view of the public. • The management cannot pay any part of the monthly salary before the usual date, or lend money in any way.
