INTRODUCTION • LOCATION- Dubai, United Arab Emirates • DESIGNED by architect David Fisher • USE- Hotel, Residential and Offices • PLANNED 420-metre (1,378 ft), 80-floor moving skyscraper • A NEW ERA OF GREEN BUILDING • COMPLITION PERIOD only 18-22 months
NEW ERA OF GREEN BUILDING • First skyscraper designed to be self powered. • Photovoltaic cells that placed on the roof. • 77-79 Turbo-generators and photovoltaic cells for power • generation. • Generate up to 1,200,000 kilowatt-hours of energy.
DYNAMIC ARCHITECTURE • First prefabricated skyscraper . • Each floor able to rotate independently. • Each floor rotate a maximum of 6 meters (20 ft) per minute. • The core based on technology.
The skinny centre core built at the construction site. • Skinny centre core strong enough to hold the floors.
PREFABRICATION • The Dynamic Tower, first skyscraper to be entirely assembled. • Parts jointed by FISHER METHOD. • The Dynamic Tower offers infinite design possibilities.

DYNAMIC LIFE STYLE • each floor will rotate independently at different speeds, resulting in a unique and forever evolving shape. • Villa's residents will have the possibility to drive directly into the building were a special elevator take their car to their floor
MERITS • Self-powered building . • Using a truly radical technique. • Traditional ground-up methods can take six weeks per floor. • Skinny centre core, strong enough to transport people and cars right to their door. • Each floor made piece by piece in a factory.
DEMERITS • It presents a special challenge for evacuations in the top floors. • It is often more expensive than lower structures. • It require more money and work hours to clean, repair and renovate.
