  1. Risks • College of Social Work is future home of several products. If timescales slip then contingency plans may be required • Financial pressures – need to put strong economic case for reform • Implications of other reviews – Munro review, early intervention, FJR, Dilnot review. Need close working with other reviews to ensure alignment • Passing ownership of products to other organisations may dilute the comprehensive nature of the reforms

  2. Issues • Implementation –most reforms not mandatory, need to establish economic and moral case for reform • Ownership of reform – social workers need to feel ownership, build on local activity • Communications – need strategy to reach frontline social workers, service users and carers and key people to influence change in organisations
