  2. State Revolving Fund Loan Program 2% Interest Loans to cities, towns,water suppliers, and wastewater districts for infrastructure and other projects to improve public health and environmental resources. Total CWSRFFunds for 2010 = $350 million Total DWSRF Funds for 2010 = $110 million

  3. Total Funds Available Includes EPA Grants Total Grant for CWSRF Projects = $69 million Total Grant for DWSRF Projects Funds = $25.3 million 20% of grant money must fund Green Projects ($13.8 million for CWSRF Green Projects) ($5.06 million for DRSRF Green Projects) Congress requires a portion of the funds be allocated towards “Principal Forgiveness” ($10.36 million for CWSRF Projects) ($7.6 million for DRSRF Projects)

SRF Selection Process • Develop priorities around public health and environmental concerns • Craft selection criteria to favor projects that support those goals • Incorporate public participation • Advertise availability • Cities, towns, PWS, Wastewater Districts, Environmental Consulting Companies, Government Agencies
