2007 Legislative Session Growth Management HB 7203 • Local comp plan is financially feasible for purposes of transportation and school concurrency if the adopted level-of-service standards are achieved and maintained by the end of the appropriate planning period • Allows transportation concurrency waiver in an urban service area that has been designated as a transportation concurrency exception area (TCEA) • Prohibits use of proportionate fair-share mitigation to reduce backlogs
