  4. Protégé Requirements • IUCP Certified DBE firm • Prequalified in at least 1 category • Perform minimum of 1 task • Independent Business

  6. MENTOR REQUIREMENTS IDOT Prequalified in mentoring category 5 years as IDOT consultant No substandard evaluations mentored category Devote minimum of 5-10 hrs/month
