  5. Project Purpose • Develop guidance to address TMC-related migration activities • Provide outreach to end users • TMC staff (supervisors, managers, maintenance) • Consultants and contractors • Colleges and universities • Transportation planners and engineers PB Farradyne

  6. Project Objectives • Describe migration strategies & techniques • Describe how to use strategies & techniques throughout TMC life cycle • Provide lessons learned & case studies • Identify subject material that needs additional research and training PB Farradyne

  7. Work Plan & Approach • Project to focus on issues listed in the TOPR • Will work closely with COTM on key aspects of project • Will deliver chapters of the handbook incrementally • Allows adequate time for COTM review • Outreach to ensure target audience acceptance PB Farradyne
