The company has recently come on to GSA Schedule in a enabling it to bid on larger projects and prospects including large Govt. contracts. • Duplicate all modes of microfilm to either silver or diazo • Convert paper documents to microfilm, microfiche, and aperture cards • Scan microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards to digital image • Microform reformatting (ex.fiche to roll, roll to fiche, 105mm to 35mm) • Scan all sizes of paper to digital image • Convert Tiff images to PDF format • OCR/ICR • Data capture • Print paper from microfilm, digital image, application files • Produce microfilm from digital image • Data conversion (ex.Lotus 1-2-3 to Excel) • Media conversion (ex.floppy disk, 9-track to CD) • Data entry and document indexing • On-site, off-site services • Microfilm equipment sale, rental and repair We at NavBiz Datamax are engaged into the above mentioned activities over a decade. The reason why we find the synergy between the target company and ourselves is that – a readymade business model is being pursued at two different geographical locations which are almost made for each other. One location is the source of work and the other is the best place for execution at lower costs. However, there is a separate document “Advantage India” that is attached that proves the worthiness of India’s contribution in IT scenario in the world.
