The SAT’s • Offered nearly every month • Generally recommended SAT I in May SAT II’s if necessary in June SAT I again in October • Register online www.collegeboard.org – 6 weeks in advance • Include 4 schools for free (within a limited time range) - $11.00 for each additional school • All scores must be sent to colleges via www.collegeboard.org • SAT Preparation Courses – info available on Guidance Website • ACT – another standardized test option • TOEFL – option for ESL students Refer to booklet page 5
