  3. DIRECTIONS: • Counselors will meet with students during their English class to complete their schedule online during the week of February 23 – 27. COMPLETE THIS FORM PRIOR TO THIS MEETING! • Students should bring this completed form with them on that day. • Students should see their current teacher for the highlighted areas to determine level/course recommendations. • Any of the courses that are listed with an * on the “Course Electives” listing on the back of this worksheet need teacher approval. • Some courses require a pre-requisite course, please refer to the Course Description Catalog online for this information. • Students cannot have more than one Study Hall during a school day; therefore the maximum number of “Study Hall” semesters that can be chosen is 2.

GRADUATION REQUIRMENTS: • Religion = 4 credits (9,10,11,12) • English = 4 credits (9,10,11,12) • Math = 3 credits (9,10,11,12) • Science = 3 credits 1 must be Biology (9,10,11,12) • World Cultures = 1 credit (10) • American History = 1 credit (11) • American Government/Economics = 1 credit (12) • Physical Education = ½ credit OR Athletic/Marching Band Waiver (9,10,11,12) • Health = ½ credit (9,10,11,12) • Computer Elective = ½ credit (9,10,11,12) • Fine Arts = 1 credit (9)

  13. The Complete Schedule • A completed schedule is one that has a full 7 class period day. • Students can only take 1 full credit worth of Study Hall per year • If you are going to sign-up for a class offered at Seton, please add an Elder course back-up

  14. Double Check Your Credits • Are you on pace to earn 22 credits in order to graduate? • Did you complete your ½ credit in Health? • Did you fulfill your ½ credit in Computer Science? (CAD I counts!) • Do you have 1 credit in the Fine Arts? • Do you have 3 credits in science? Including Biology? (Intro to Engineering is NOT a Science)

  15. Students are encouraged to take the most challenging schedule possible at the levels recommended to you by your current teachers!

  17. Be sure to have a parent sign a copy of your proposed schedule, prior to your “Scheduling On-Line Day”
