  2. My Exercise Day Each day l need to do 20 minutes of excercise a day. To achieve this I will do jumps, skipping, running, star jumps and stretching.

  3. Bronte’s breakfast menu • yoghurt with blueberries • tomato and eggs on toast • apple • an orange

  4. Bronte’s Lunch Menu yoghurt cucumber salad sandwich apple and banana sultanas water

  5. Bronte’s Dinner Menu I’m making soup with vegetables. You need carrots, noodle or you can put a diced potato, fish and celery. If you want you can put more noodles. For dessert I’m make custard I will put bananas in the bowl with apples and strawberries too. Drink Milkshake.

  6. If I want to be healthy... I need to be sun smart and I need to stay in the shade. I need to eat lots of good food. I need to sleep a lot. I need to drink 8 times a day. I am healthy now.
