  1. The Team Leadership Theory Focuses on adapting to the rapidly changing workplace conditions (new technology, global economy, economic competition, and increasing diversity). This theory will result in better customer service, improve the efficiency of internal processes and improve motivation of personnel. Two critical functions of leadership: 1. Help the group accomplish its task (Team Performance) 2. Keep the group maintained and functional (Team Development)
