  1. COSMETIC DENTISTRY Technology has advanced to a substantial stage and dentistry has witnessed its use elaborately. A neat dental structure and well defined facial bones can be achieved by using modern day dental technologies. Several natural-looking dental materials that duplicate the physical appearance of teeth make today's cosmetic dental treatments reliable and long lasting. Moreover, innovative and durable techniques developed in dentistry are being used that resonate with conservative cosmetic dentistry techniques. This is done to preserve the most of the natural teeth and structures in the buccal cavity. Cosmetic dentistry refers to the dental treatments and surgeries that may be carried out to improve the appearance of teeth or gums. This may be achieved by improving the color of teeth, position of teeth, shape of a single tooth or several teeth, teeth size, alignment or overall smile appearance.

  2. TEETH WHITENING Everyone wants to showcase clean, stain free and spotless teeth; hence is the high demand for tooth whitening treatments. The use of teeth whitening treatment has increased considerably over the years. Tooth whitening is carried out on patients who have discolored teeth due to one of the following reasons: genetics, aging, consumption of staining substances such as smoking, coffee, tea, and colas, tetracycline (antibiotic) staining, excessive fluoride, and old fillings. Whitening of teeth is carried out by placing a tray over teeth that contains a whitening gel. The major content of this whitening gel is Carbamide Peroxide. When this compound breaks down Oxygen enters the enamel and bleaches the teeth. This process never alters the structure of teeth and only changes their color to white or to a considerable lighter shade. Teeth whitening treatment turns the color of teeth at least 2-5 shades lighter in just few days. The tray used in the process is customized for each patient separately. Since the trays are long lasting it may be used again for whitening at least one year after the first whitening treatment.

  3. ROOT CANAL A root canal is termed as the cavity occurred within the center of each tooth. Root canal treatment has gained immensely popular with people having teeth problems. Gone are the days when people used to step back and show their unwillingness to go for it as the treatment uses a painful procedure. Thanks to the modern advances in the dental technology. Millions of teeth are saved from getting decayed with the help of endodontic treatment or root canal. The root canals are of different kinds, thus requiring different types of treatment. The different types of root canal treatments are - Primary Root Canal Treatment: It is a non-surgical treatment and is required to manage infection or inflammation. Secondary Root Canal Treatment: This type of treatment is performed when the primary root canal treatment fails to provide complete remedy. Apicoectomy: When the regular root canal treatments fail to serve the purpose, your dentist might perform a microsurgical procedure. A apicoectomy is required to remove the infected tissue. Pulpectomy: Using this pediatric endodontic procedure, the whole of the pulp and nerve are eliminated. Pulpotomy: Puplotomy helps remove the diseased pulp as well as nerve from the

  4. CERAMIC CROWN Ceramic Crowns Dental crowns are a part of cosmetic dentistry. As the name suggests, they are used to cover a weak or worn down tooth. A crown completely encapsulates the entire portion of a tooth that is visible above the gum line. There are several reasons as to why a dental crown may be required by a patient. Some of the reasons are: To protect a weak or decaying tooth from breaking. To hold together pieces of a cracked tooth which have not been uprooted from the gum To restore a broken tooth To hide or protect the remaining part of a tooth that has been severely worn down To cover a tooth that has lost its natural color and is beyond restoration. To cover a dental implant To make a cosmetic modification

  5. SEDATION DENTISTRY Sedation dentistry is gaining immense popularity with both patients and dentists as it helps relax the patient during the dental procedure. A sedative drug, it is the use of pharmacological agents that put the particular patient into a stress-free, hassle-free state and make the appointment fruitful. Sedation dentistry makes it easier for dentist to concentrate on the treatment and provide the required dental care and augment dental health as the patient co-operates. Sedation dentistry brings the below mentioned benefits for the patient as well as the dentist - Movement Control: The use of pharmacological agents proves to be handy as it reduces the stress and body movements of the patient, which ultimately boosts the dentist to accomplish the treatment easily. The use of such drug always comes in handy when the patient has several medical conditions that can bring unexpected and uncontrolled movements of the dental patient. Comfort, Relax& Patient Cooperation: Patients with various dental issues, such as jaw soreness can benefit from this dental treatment. Even if the patient goes through a lengthy dental treatment, he or she feels less tired when sedated. Moreover, instances show that patients having dental phobia and anxiety prefer to stay away from dentist or postpone their appointment . Sedation dentistry relives the fear and stress, inculcates confidence in the patient and encourages him to cooperate.

  6. FAST BRACES Fast braces, a patented technique is used to align teeth faster than conventional braces, has been in wide use lately. Fast braces are designed to fulfill the functions of traditional braces. The only difference is they do it faster. When we say fast, we are talking about half the time required by traditional braces. This is achieved by the unique design of Fast braces that simultaneously moves the top and root of patient’s teeth. Traditional braces achieve this in two different steps Fast braces are designed for children, teenagers, and most adults. This is also the reason why they are so popular these days. Fast braces, as the name suggest, reflect the result of their use a lot faster than traditional braces. How fast you ask? Consider this! Patients who use traditional braces have to wait 2-3 years before they finally see the result of its use. However, Fast braces take at most a year to finally bring in the change so dearly awaited by patients. There have also been instances where patients have seen positive changes in just a few months.

  7. INVISIBLE BRACES Invisalign Are a no braces technique which aligns teeth with a series of aligners that are used for aligning teeth. New features from G3-G7 invisalign are being introduced as smart features to deal with difficult rotations and premolar extractions. If worn long enough to Align technology believes will be able to correct the vast majority of malooclusions . Invisalign Teen has been out in the market place for a few years now and can be used in select cases Lingual Braces Another system to straighten teeth without anyone knowing are braces behind your teeth, this system has an advantage over invisalign in that your teeth are constantly moving, you do not have to remember to wear a clear plastic tray like invisalign which only works when you wear it. Also more complex treatment can be undertaken more easily than compared with invisalign. Treatment is generally quicker than invisalign. Some dental offices only offer invisalign, we offer different systems as each patient has unique dental needs. If you only have one treatment technique like other dental offices then everything is focused on that treatment. I-braces and other lingual braces techniques like speed lingual braces are offered in our clinic

  8. COLORED BRACES Willing to put a brace? Why not be a fashionista and pick the best colored braces matching your shirt, skin color and your shoes? If you have problem selecting the colors for your braces, you need certain considerations before seeking the orthodontist. How to Select the Right Color? Have a Glance at Color Wheel: The first step on this color choosing adventure is to look at a color wheel. Most orthodontists have color wheels for people to decide what colors will suit the most. Fixing Your Eye on a Meaningful Color: A brace with a meaningful color makes a statement. So, you need to take different combinations of colors into consideration, such as your school colors, national colors, your favorite colors, favorite sports team and colors of rainbow. Colors That Work Wonder with Your Skin: Turquoise, fuchsia, violet, anise green, orange, dark blue and pastel blue might go well with darker skin tones. For light skin tones, you might consider bronze, raspberry, green khaki, royal blue, caramel and petro blue.

  9. DAMON BRACES Braces are probably an early solution to otherwise serious dental problems. They are not only used to align teeth in an ideal position but are also helpful in preventing problems like bad bite. They impart an aesthetically pleasing look to the teeth of the patient who has undergone a treatment. There are several braces available today that dentists recommend and use for their patients. Damon braces are also a sort of these braces that help align teeth with relatively easier ways. Damon braces are self-ligating braces. Self -ligating braces require far less attention than regular braces. Self ligation refers to the attribute of a dental brace to self adjust the amount of force required to exert in order to align the teeth efficiently. Using regular braces requires patients to visit the dentist once every four-six weeks in order to get their braces adjusted, pressured band replaced or adjusted and arch wire realigned. Damon Braces are fitted in a similar way as traditional metal braces are. These braces use a slide mechanism that attaches arch wires to brackets in a manner that allows natural movement of brackets over time as the teeth realign slowly and gradually. Damon braces are comfortable to use since use of traditional metal braces calls for a routine adjustment every month. The adjustment is extremely discomforting and may cause patient’s moth to feel sore for several days. Damon braces use a different mechanism to move teeth into the right position. The arch wire used in these braces is called memory wires. The memory wire connects slide brackets that fit on the teeth and apply gentle pressure. The pressure applied by Damon braces is less than that applied by traditional braces that use elastic to apply pressure. Damon braces tighten gradually over time causing far less discomfort to patients.
